These terms cover the SpanGrade marketing site. Product-specific terms may apply separately to QuoteCrunch and future SpanGrade software.

Any AI-assisted review, scope notes, or suggestions our products produce are review support — not professional, legal, engineering, or contractual advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs against your own plans, specs, addenda, and quotes before relying on them on a bid.

All content on this site — including text, logos, marks, layouts, and code — is owned by SpanGrade or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
